Ira DeWitt, a music executive with a doctorate in education, has always chosen to do things his way.
How was your brand born?
When a friend was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, she wanted to give her something more meaningful than flowers or a card, something that evoked a sense of comfort and spirituality. Ira decided to create something on her own, and that's how SAINT Candles – Modern Prayer Candles for a Cause was born.
SAINT helps St. Jude Children's Research Hospital support their life-saving mission: finding cures to save children.

The creation you are most attached to?
The first candle made was an appeal to Saint Jude, the saint of impossible causes.
Projects for the future?
To continue to increase the Made in Italy components in our SAINT brand products.
